Business Unit: Signify Health Location & Logistics: US, Remote, with some travel Position Summary The Signify Health Innovation & Initiatives team is responsible for shaping the company’s long-term strategy, discovering opportunities to accelerate growth, and identifying and testing net new offerings or capabilities. The team serves in an advisory capacity to Signify’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT) - partnering closely with leaders to evaluate challenges and opportunities, facilitate decision-making, and execute early-stage proofs of concept. The Lead Director, Strategic Planning will play a pivotal role in translating Signify Health’s long-term vision into actionable growth strategies and innovative service offerings. Reporting to the Executive Director, Strategic Planning, you will focus on market research, problem framing, solution design, and the development of compelling business cases for new opportunities. The role will have high visibility across multiple functions, including Product, Operations, Client Success, Clinical, Finance, and Signify’s ELT. This leader must bring expertise at the intersection of clinical care delivery and technology. You will be tasked with aligning industry trends to company capabilities and pressure-testing next-generation product ideas through in-depth analysis and "fail-fast" methodologies. Ideal candidates are autonomous, creative, and entrepreneurial thinkers who can collaborate effectively across functions and with executive leadership.
