Brief Overview: Leads the Solutions Delivery vertical responsible for execution of predefined products and ad hoc analytics engagements for pharmaceutical manufacturers. Owns delivery excellence, client satisfaction, scope discipline, and financial performance. Ensures repeatable, scalable execution aligned to product standards and commercial objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.(Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, pharma services, data delivery, or client engagement leadership
  • Experience managing multi-project portfolios and P&L accountability preferred

  • Master's Degree preferred (MBA, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)

Responsibilities

  • Owns end-to-end delivery governance across all active engagements, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are consistently met
  • Serves as executive escalation point for client and internal stakeholders
  • Oversees resource planning, capacity management, and margin performance across the portfolio
  • Ensures adherence to product standards and prevents unnecessary customization or scope creep
  • Partners with Commercial, Product, Data, and Strategy teams to align delivery with strategic objectives
  • Implements standardized playbooks, templates, and performance tracking mechanisms to improve or deliver predictably.
  • Monitors engagement financials, including revenue realization, cost control, and operational efficiency
  • Identifies cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing engagements
  • Provides coaching and oversight to engagement managers and business analysts to ensure high-quality execution
