Requirements

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree
  • 10+ years of prior relevant work experience
  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
  • Adept at business intelligence

  • Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
  • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements clinical programs and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and to enhance the overall quality of care.
  • Collaborates on the designs and implementation of health management programs, clinical safety programs, medication stewardship opportunities, immunization services, and other clinical interventions.
  • Assesses and optimizes clinical workflows and processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
  • Identifies areas for improvement, streamlines processes and implements standardized clinical protocols and guidelines.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and support to clinical teams, which may include Pharmacists, Nurses and other Healthcare professionals.
  • Sets performance expectations, conducts performance evaluations, fosters a collaborative and productive work environment, and supports professional development initiatives.
  • Ensures clinical operations comply with applicable laws, regulations and Industry standards.
  • Develops and implements quality assurance programs and performance improvement initiatives to monitor and enhance the quality and safety of clinical services.
  • Collaborates with various stakeholders to drive collaborative clinical initiatives and ensure consistent alignment with organizational goals.
