We are seeking an experienced Lead Digital UX/UI Design to guide the strategy, design, and optimization of our digital customer experience. This role blends strategic leadership and hands-on UX design, ensuring our digital products deliver intuitive, engaging, and high-performing user experiences. The Lead Digital UX/UI Design will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Merchandising, Marketing, and Analytics teams to translate business goals and customer insights into impactful user experiences. This individual will also mentor designers and help establish UX best practices, processes, and standards across the organization. What you will do UX STRATEGY & LEADERSHIP Define and champion the UX vision and strategy for our digital platforms. .Ensure user experience decisions align with business goals, customer needs, and data insights Establish and maintain UX standards, frameworks, and best practices across the organization. Advocate for the customer through research, testing, and data-driven decision making. TEAM LEADERSHIP Lead, mentor, and support a team of UX designers. Provide feedback, coaching, and career development for UX team members. Help scale UX capabilities, processes, and design systems across the organization. Foster collaboration between UX, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing. HANDS-ON UX WORK Create or guide the creation of wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction designs. Contribute directly to complex UX challenges and high-impact projects. Facilitate workshops and design reviews to ensure quality and alignment. Participate in usability testing, research analysis, and design validation. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Work with analytics and optimization teams to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to enhance the customer journey and conversion performance. Communicate UX decisions clearly to stakeholders and executives. CONTINUOUS OPTIMIZATION Use experimentation, analytics, and user research to improve user experience and business outcomes. Identify friction points in the customer journey and drive solutions. Help implement a culture of test-and-learn and data-driven design decisions.
