About The Position

As Lead, Data Transformation, you will drive the adoption of digital technology solutions across Newmont to enhance performance, reduce manual efforts, and increase operational efficiency. Your work will enable smarter decision-making, foster innovation, and support strategic business objectives.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: Proficiency in digital transformation, data governance, or enterprise data platforms.
• Knowledge of data catalog or metadata tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives to streamline workflows and improve operational performance.
• Introduce and integrate new digital and data technologies across global functions.
• Support strong data governance by managing data standards, quality monitoring, lineage documentation, and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with Data Foundations, Digital, Operations, and other teams to ensure trusted, high-quality data.
