About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Owner to lead our Content Assembly Agent, a core Generative AI capability within the broader Future Autonomous Marketing ecosystem. The Content Assembly Agent is responsible for dynamically and rapidly assembling modular marketing content—including offers, disclosures, creative fragments, personalization tokens, and channel constraints—into compliant, on-brand, and deployable marketing outputs across channels such as digital, email, and direct mail. This role requires marketing content domain expertise alongside strong product and AI delivery skills. The Product Owner will bring hands-on understanding of how marketing content is authored, governed, reviewed, and launched in real-world campaign workflows. This includes practical knowledge of disclosure requirements, brand and creative standards, personalization logic, and channel-specific constraints. That expertise is essential to ensuring the Content Assembly Agent produces outputs that are not only technically correct, but usable, reviewable, and effective for marketers operating in a highly regulated enterprise environment. The Content Assembly Agent operates as part of a multi-agent orchestration layer, working in concert with upstream and downstream agents for audience targeting, creative generation, compliance review, and activation. As Product Owner, you will define and deliver the capabilities that ensure content assembly is accurate, explainable, governable, and optimized for speed to market, while faithfully reflecting how marketing teams actually build and deploy campaigns. In this role, you will: Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for the Content Assembly Agent, ensuring it supports end-to-end campaign content assembly needs across channels. • Act as a marketing content subject-matter expert, applying deep knowledge of disclosures, creative assets, brand standards, personalization, and channel constraints to guide product decisions and prioritization. • Define and prioritize the agent backlog, translating marketing strategy, campaign intent, compliance requirements, and operational needs into epics, user stories, and clear, testable acceptance criteria for content assembly logic, rules, and outputs. • Partner closely with engineering, AI/ML, analytics, and design teams to deliver capabilities such as modular content composition, variation handling, template resolution, and channel-specific rendering. • Lead the development of assembly logic and orchestration contracts that enable the agent to consume inputs from upstream systems and produce structured, activation-ready outputs aligned to campaign workflows. • Ensure enterprise-grade reliability, observability, and quality through SLAs, telemetry, logging, testing, and evaluation focused on content accuracy and policy adherence. • Embed Responsible AI and governance controls, including human-in-the-loop review workflows and explainability of assembly decisions. • Collaborate with Marketing, Legal/Compliance, Risk, and InfoSec partners to ensure assembled content meets brand and regulatory requirements. • Drive continuous discovery and feedback loops with campaign managers and marketing operations teams. • Define and track product success metrics, including content reuse, time-to-launch, compliance pass rates, and campaign performance. Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer
