About The Position

About this role: This role delivers high‑impact digital and hybrid event experiences that support enterprise communication for Wells Fargo’s Business Groups and Enterprise Functions. The Lead Digital & Hybrid Events Producer owns complex productions from planning through execution, ensuring reliable delivery, strong audience experience, cost control, and risk management. The role partners with leaders, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver compliant, high‑quality events at scale. This role follows a hybrid work schedule and can sit in Charlotte, NC; Irving, TX or West Des Moines, IA. The Wells Fargo job profile is Lead Events Management Specialist. In this role, you will:

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Event Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of experience producing digital or hybrid events in live streaming environments
  • 3+ years of experience hosting events using platforms such as Kaltura, Zoom, Teams, Webex, or similar
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time

  • Experience producing large‑scale, executive‑facing digital and hybrid events
  • Experience advising senior leaders on event scope, platform selection, and delivery tradeoffs
  • Experience operating live streaming platforms and troubleshooting technical issues during live events
  • Experience building and managing event budgets, vendors, and cost controls
  • Experience applying risk, compliance, and post-event review practices to event programs

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of complex digital and hybrid events, including large‑scale and multi‑day enterprise programs
  • Serve as subject matter expert, advising leaders on scope, formats, platforms, timelines, and contingency planning across the event lifecycle
  • Manage multiple concurrent events as lead producer, ensuring milestones, quality standards, and deadlines are met
  • Partner with stakeholders to design agendas, formats, and production approaches while developing, tracking, and managing event budgets
  • Source and manage vendors and production partners, aligning technical capabilities, service levels, and costs with program needs
  • Produce live events by operating platforms, monitoring streams, managing attendees, and resolving real‑time technical issues
  • Direct production teams, lead speaker preparation and rehearsals, ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements, and capture post‑event lessons learned
