About The Position

We're looking for a Digital Strategist on the Digital Communications and Operations team who excels where content meets technology, someone who can see around corners and help us navigate a digital landscape that changes by the day. In this role, you'll shape how we reach and influence audiences across web, mobile, apps, video, social, search, email, and emerging digital platforms - driving integrated strategies that move the business forward while raising the bar for what great digital content can be.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of public relations, media relations, or corporate communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day digital communications lead and key advisor for designated lines of business
  • Deliver end-to-end campaign management, acting as the central point of coordination for all stakeholders
  • Develop and implement multichannel digital strategies leveraging the full spectrum of Wells Fargo's digital ecosystem to reach and engage customers, employees, and communities effectively
  • Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring all created content is updated and accurately reflected
  • Build business cases for paid advertising amplification; manage budget allocations for paid campaigns
  • Draft creative briefs and oversee timelines, asset delivery, and stakeholder reviews
  • Partner with editorial, creative, and video teams to produce compelling content and ensure timely publication
  • Coordinate legal and compliance reviews for all content
  • Publish approved content across Wells Fargo channels using compliance-approved tools
  • Monitor engagement, partner with engagement team for response strategies, and escalate reputational risks
  • Analyze campaign performance, create recap reports, and provide insights for optimization
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, customer service, and other stakeholders for cohesive communication efforts
