Visual Communications Strategist Key Role: Deliver a wide range of media presentations or products to support the client. Design graphical products using tools such as Micro sof t Office PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, to depict the full-spectrum of mission- related services and concepts to visitors, senior leadership, media, and the public, as directed. Interpret the client’s vision, strategy, and policies to build the visual graphic translating the ideas and concepts into graphical representation. Develop and create images such as organizational diagrams and logos, as well as visualizations of DoD, Intelligence Community ( IC ) , or cyberspace operating concepts that enable better understanding of complex ideas. Create concepts from start to finish in a collaborative environment with attention to detail. Display initiative and creativity in designs, layouts, and displays.

  • Experience developing and creating images, diagrams, and visualizations
  • Experience using Micro sof t PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience supporting DoD, IC, or Department of Navy ( DON ) clients or senior military leadership
  • Experience working closely with General Officers or Flag Officers in high tempo operational environments
  • Ability to think critically and interpret and translate verbal ideas and concepts into visual communications and graphics
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in graphic design, or 11+ years of experience in graphic design in lieu of a degree
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
