The Lead Diet Aide provides the proper food for patients and for the OSUMC Café, following recipes and sanitation procedures outlined by State and Federal agencies. They provide a link for any patient dietary concerns and ensure food items for the Café meet the highest possible culinary standards. Prepares/Oversees patient and Café Food production. This is a working position, sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and working the tray line—supervision of Diet Aides, cooks, and dishwashers.
