Requirements

• 5+ years residential HVAC diagnostic experience
• Strong electrical and airflow troubleshooting skills
• Confident communicator with homeowners
• Comfortable discussing repair vs replacement on aged systems
• Self-driven and accountable
• Stable work history

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex residential HVAC issues independently
• Complete higher-level repairs with confidence
• Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally
• Mentor junior technicians and elevate diagnostic standards
• Take ownership of customer experience and job outcomes
