Lead DevOps Infrastructure Engineer
About The Position
The Lead DevOps Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, automating, and operating the scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure that powers build, test, and release workflows for the NGPOS program. The role ensures high availability, fast delivery velocity, strong governance, and seamless collaboration across engineering, quality, and IT teams. This position is both highly technical and highly collaborative, driving modernization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the DevOps ecosystem. Accountable for proactively leading or supporting software engineering activities that create deliverables that guide the direction, development, and delivery of software solutions that meet business needs. Provide leadership, facilitation, analysis, and design tasks required to deliver critical business solutions. Develop target-state guidance (i.e., reusable standards, design patterns, guidelines, individual parts, and configurations) to evolve the organization's development process.
