Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services helps entrepreneurs and organizations streamline operations through virtual support and digital process management. We are currently looking for a lead development representative with the ability to work remotely to identify, engage and qualify prospective clients. In this role: Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach Qualify leads by understanding business needs, challenges, and decision-making authority Educate prospects on Virtualite’s services and value proposition Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified opportunities to sales team members Maintain accurate lead activity, notes, and pipeline data in CRM systems Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals Collaborate with sales and onboarding teams to support conversions
