Job Description: Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Management, Marketing, or a relevant field of study required Work Experiences: 10+ years of experience in software development, configuration, and implementation of complex application architecture(s) preferred. 7 years of experience with Financial Systems, preferably Oracle Fusion, EPM (ARCs, FCCS, EPBCS, EDMCS), and OIC cloud solutions. 3 years of experience in Retail. 2 Years in a Lead role, mentoring and coaching junior developers, establishing coding standards, best practices, etc. Solid technical and functional experience with exposure to implementation and customization. Solid experience in developing high-performance and highly scalable applications. In-depth knowledge of retail business processes. Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a development team. Solid technical and functional experience with exposure to implementation and customization. Solid experience in developing high-performance and highly scalable applications. Must demonstrate excellent software development skills. Excellent debugging skills and fixing issues in a short period with minimal support from leadership. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external. Analytical, with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple large, complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Excellent analytic skills with the ability to use key tools to dive deep and provide analysis consistently on performance metrics. Strong Microsoft Office program experience, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties. Knowledge of PCI standards and SOX compliance controls preferred.
