Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing or business-facing technical role.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver solutions end-to-end.
- Proficiency in at least one of: Python, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Experience with full-stack development and modern frameworks.
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills — able to collaborate with both engineers and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving settings focused on measurable impact.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in consulting , forward-deployed engineering , or transformation-focused roles .
- Exposure to analytics platforms , enterprise systems , or operations technology .
- Background in industrial engineering , data science , or operations research .
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel 10–25% (typically Monday–Thursday trips, no weekends).
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with business and operations teams to understand existing workflows and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Design and deploy scalable, data-driven systems that replace manual or legacy processes.
- Lead cross-functional engineering projects from concept through rollout and adoption.
- Build intuitive tools and applications using modern languages such as Python, Java, or TypeScript.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in design, development, and deployment.
- Collaborate with IT and enterprise technology teams to transition prototypes into production systems.
- Support adoption through clear documentation, training sessions, and operational guidance.
