As a Lead Deployed Transformation Engineer , you’ll play a key role in architecting and implementing digital tools that redefine how the company operates at scale. Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing or business-facing technical role.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver solutions end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in at least one of: Python, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with full-stack development and modern frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to collaborate with both engineers and business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving settings focused on measurable impact.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in consulting , forward-deployed engineering , or transformation-focused roles .
  • Exposure to analytics platforms , enterprise systems , or operations technology .
  • Background in industrial engineering , data science , or operations research .
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel 10–25% (typically Monday–Thursday trips, no weekends).

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with business and operations teams to understand existing workflows and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Design and deploy scalable, data-driven systems that replace manual or legacy processes.
  • Lead cross-functional engineering projects from concept through rollout and adoption.
  • Build intuitive tools and applications using modern languages such as Python, Java, or TypeScript.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in design, development, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with IT and enterprise technology teams to transition prototypes into production systems.
  • Support adoption through clear documentation, training sessions, and operational guidance.
