We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer with strong Python experience and a product mindset. You’ll work closely with our customers to design and build the core infrastructure that powers our AI-first RCM platform. You’ll have a front-row seat to user feedback and help shape not just the tech, but the product itself. About the Role: Design and implement backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI or similar) Work directly with customers to understand needs, gather feedback, and build solutions Integrate LLMs and AI agents into operational workflows Own system design decisions related to performance, reliability, and scale Lead technical projects from architecture through deployment Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, AI, and Ops teams Help shape engineering best practices, mentoring junior developers as we grow
