About The Position
Are you an experienced Dental Assistant ready to lead a team and make a significant impact in a dynamic dental practice? We are seeking a passionate and skilled Lead Dental Assistant to join our thriving team! As the Lead Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dental assistant team, ensuring that all patient care standards are met while fostering a positive work environment. Your expertise will help streamline processes, improve patient experiences, and mentor junior team members. Must be able to assist with crowns, implants, extractions, ITero scans, 3d x-rays, temporaries and laser Key Responsibilities: Supervise and train dental assistants Assist dentists during procedures, providing top-notch patient care Take Digital Scans w iTero and or Medit digital scanners Crowns, make temps and pack cords Implants and FMR's Other Procedures - Extractions, Fillings, Root Canal and Cosmetics Able to put Invisalign Attachments What We’re Looking For: A dedicated dental professional with a strong background in dental assisting Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment A passion for patient care and a commitment to continuous improvement If you're ready to take on more responsibility and lead a team that is focused on delivering exceptional dental care, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
- A dedicated dental professional with a strong background in dental assisting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for patient care and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Completion of a Dental Assistant training program
- Florida certification and/or licensing as a Dental Assistant
- At least 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and tools
- Must be able to assist with crowns, implants, extractions, ITero scans, 3d x-rays, temporaries and laser
Responsibilities
