About The Position

We are seeking a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Lead & Demand Generation Manager to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive measurable revenue impact. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing Google Ads (Paid Search, Display, YouTube) and LinkedIn Paid Campaigns, along with a deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in lead/demand generation.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets through paid channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, campaign dashboards, and attribution tools.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
  • BA/BS in Business or Marketing

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) principles.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
  • Experience in AI and HPC marketing
  • Experience in rack-level systems marketing
  • MBA or Masters in Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with company revenue goals.
  • SEM- Create, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting, YouTube) to maximize ROI.
  • Plan and execute LinkedIn paid campaigns, including sponsored content syndication, InMail, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Identify and test new paid channels, campaign types, and creative formats to improve performance.
  • Build HubSpot landing pages for campaigns with key message for conversation and form fill
  • Webinar platform and webinar series planning
  • Effectively target the right personas and technology influencers for each campaign and industry
  • Build campaigns to capture, qualify, and nurture leads through the buyer’s journey.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth lead handoff, proper follow-up, and accurate attribution tracking.
  • Implement lead scoring models and improve MQL → SQL conversion rates
  • Monitor daily campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates).
  • Continuously run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Automated report set-up in Hubspot
  • Work with cross-function team on website and messaging improvements to help drive conversation.
  • Recommend content, tools and resources to create to support conversation in campaigns – infographic, webinars, listicles, white papers, industry briefs, and more.
  • Plans and organizes corporate conference like GTC, Supercomputing, etc.
  • Manage budgets, venues, and vendors to onsite and shipping logistics timelines, and troubleshooting.
  • Pre and post communications tied with each conference as well as training of the sales team on conference foundational matters (Know Before You Go documents).
  • Comfortable with managing multiple details, communications, and problem-solving.
  • Developing and curating content for social media
  • Help define ongoing best practices across social channels to increase readership
  • Creating compelling emails for customer and prospect outreach
  • Work cross-functionally with product management, content marketing, and graphics teams for utilization in communications.
  • Ownership of communications calendar and ongoing planning
