About The Position
The Lead Delivery Specialist supervises a team of energetic Delivery Specialists who play a key role in finalizing a customer’s vehicle purchase. The Delivery Specialist assists the Sales Consultant by ensuring the vehicle is clean and has fuel. Before the customer completes their ownership documents in the Finance Office, the DS meets with each one to verify all personal information is accurate and collects necessary insurance information. As a final step before the customer takes delivery of their new vehicle, the DS reviews all of the vehicle’s technology to ensure the customer is confident in their ability to operate it and can use the technology to their advantage. The Lead Delivery Specialist has various responsibilities, which includes but not limited to scheduling and approving timesheets.
Responsibilities
