Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain observability systems (PagerDuty) that monitor, analyze, and report on the health and performance of software applications and infrastructure.
- Manage and configure PagerDuty for effective incident response and on-call management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Integrate observability tools (PagerDuty) with IT infrastructure components such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana and ServiceNow.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members on observability best practices.
- Proficient in both written (Office applications) and verbal communication, adept at conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
