This role is a hybrid of frontline janitorial excellence and high-level supervisory management, serving as the primary point of contact (POC) for hyperscale clients. The Lead Day Porter is responsible for managing a team of ten or more employees while ensuring the facility remains in pristine, "mission-critical" condition. You will act as the bridge between field staff and client leadership, overseeing shift scheduling, quality assurance (QA/QC), and safety compliance. While this is a supervisory role, the Lead Day Porter must be "well-versed in the trenches," able to train staff on cleaning protocols and fill in for subordinates when necessary.
