About The Position

TPG Lead Data Preparation Manager will work closely with the Data Preparation Senior Lead, CARE Team Manager, Enhanced Analyst Team Manager, and other workers/staff or stakeholders as applicable and in collaboration with Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) Management. This role is crucial for maintaining organized and reliable data within the organization, supporting efficient business operations and decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) required.
  • Proficiency to easily transcribe and translate data information into clear written error- free communication within application system.
  • Demonstrated ability to service a diverse group of clients, to include refugees or other minority families
  • Aptitude to work cross functionally with TPG personnel to deliver the highest quality of work under extreme pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience and high level of comfortability operating technology and learning new software applications quickly to perform data entry
  • Ability to work independently in the field and exercise a high level of confidentiality
  • Speak, read, write in English
  • Two (2) or more years’ supervisory experience
  • Two (2) or more years’ case management experience and/or Assistant Lead Case Manager experience
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Experience training and managing a large team
  • Experience working with refugees under the age of 17
  • Experience working with Government Clients, preferably ORR, FEMA, HHS, and/or DHS
  • Undergo a comprehensive criminal background check including fingerprint checks and state and local child protection agency registries
  • Complete a Drug Test
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Can obtain Public Trust Clearance
  • Have lived in the continental United States for 5 consecutive years

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and execution of the Data Preparation Specialist (DPS) across all shifts in daily operations to ensure work is completed on schedule, and to specified quality standards
  • Assign workloads through case management system application and review all case packets submitted by Data Preparations Specialist (DPS) to ensure they are in alignment with policy and procedures for accurate submission to the CARE Team
  • Handles escalations and data discrepancies
  • Regularly reviews and updates the company management tracking system
  • Promote productivity and ensure staff meets their Service Performance Agreement (SLA) standards and reporting metrics/goals
  • Hold daily sessions with DPS team to check on caseload progress, and discuss any policy changes
  • Promote positive environment with an emphasis on building high morale; offer words of encouragement to assigned team and make them feel valued and appreciated; promote collaboration
  • Ensure staff is always following proper procedures policy
  • Report on any issues with assigned staff to the Senior Lead. Frequently and consistently interact with each assigned DPS staff member throughout the shift to see if they need help, have any questions, are stuck on a case, etc.
  • Provide training and mentoring to new Data Preparation Specialists
  • Conduct data quality assurance by performing regular audits and checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies, report discrepancies to Senior Lead
  • Conduct and review report generation by creating and maintaining reports related to data entry activities providing insights and updates to management
  • Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice-management reserves the right to revise these duties as necessary
