We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Lead Data Engineer to join our innovative and dynamic team. Lead Data Engineer | About You As a Lead Data Engineer, you are responsible for driving the design, development, and optimization of the organization’s data infrastructure. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineer, or related-roles in a cross-functional environment.
• Proven leadership experience, including managing projects, teams, or technical initiatives.
• Expertise in data pipeline architecture, optimization, and reliability for large-scale systems.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, Redshift) and orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Familiarity with data modeling techniques, ETL frameworks, multiple data formats (CSV, JSON, Parquet).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing data pipelines to support analytics, reporting, and operational needs.
• Develop and deploy production-grade data engineering code, ensuring reliability and performance across environments.
• Manage end-to-end data workflows, including ingestion, transformation, modeling, and validation for multiple business systems.
• Lead daily execution and prioritization, breaking down tasks, assigning work, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with BI analysts, technology teams, and business stakeholders to design solutions that align with strategic goals.
• Monitor and optimize data infrastructure for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability, leveraging automation where possible.
