About The Position

This role is a senior, customer-facing Data & AI leadership position based in Pittsburgh, responsible for anchoring and growing a strategic account. It blends executive client engagement, hands-on data and AI engineering, and end-to-end delivery ownership to design, implement, and scale enterprise Data & AI programs.

Requirements

• 15-20 years of experience across data engineering, analytics, and data architecture
• Strong delivery leadership
• Executive communication
• The ability to expand account footprint
• Strong Databricks and Microsoft/Azure focus, leveraging tools such as Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Teradata, SQL Server, Power BI, and MDM platforms
• Experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI use cases in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• The leader partners closely with senior stakeholders (SVP, CDO, and Data & AI leadership)
• Whiteboards modern data architectures
• Guides engineering teams
• Drives programs from concept through production
