About The Position
We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Data Engineer to design, build, and automate scalable data platforms. This role requires deep expertise in modern data stack tools and the ability to drive data architecture strategy while leading engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering / DataOps
- Strong hands-on experience with DBT, Fivetran, and Amazon Redshift
- Experience with data observability tools (e.g., Elementary)
- Expertise in building scalable ELT/ETL pipelines
- Strong understanding of data modeling and warehouse design
- Experience with job orchestration/automation tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect)
- Proficiency with Git and modern IDEs (VS Code)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
