About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Consulting Architect – Data & AI with strong semiconductor industry expertise. This role supports Capgemini strategic semiconductor clients by enabling their AI based transformations with market leading technology architectures, identifying data/AI use cases, and leading executive-level solution conversations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in deploying Data and AI platforms for semiconductor industry companies working with their engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or finance stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the semiconductor value chain, including design, fab operations, testing, assembly, yield management, and supply chain.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor industry business models (IDM / Fabless / Wafer Equipment Manufacturer / Foundries / OSATs etc.) and key KPIs such as  yield, OEE, scrap, cycle time, WIP, equipment health, design productivity, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Data & AI platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP, data lakes, ML/AI, MLOps, analytics within Databricks or Snowflake platforms).
  • Strong consulting skills: problem framing, value articulation, executive communication.
  • Experience presenting to VPs, Directors, and senior engineering leaders.
  • Must be local to Bay Area and able to work onsite 3–4 days/week.

  • Willingness to travel within the Bay Area and occasionally across the US.
