We are seeking a visionary Lead Customer Trainer to develop, lead, and scale our customer-facing instructional cadre. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive training team strategy that ensures our diverse customer base – including military, government agencies, and commercial clients - achieves operational excellence and maximizes the value of Anduril’s advanced hardware and software offerings. You will lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing technical trainers enabling agile, scalable instruction both in the Washington DC Metro Area as well as CONUS and OCONUS locations. This role requires deep experience training technical subjects, preferably to US Government entities, as well as engineering expertise. You will also serve as a key bridge between instructional designers, product and engineering, and the instructors, focusing on constant improvement of training content and delivery to drive customer adoption.
