About The Position

Lead Customer Solutions Development Consultant collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop new customer solutions for existing and new commercial and industrial customer(s). Through collaboration with internal stakeholders, this role identifies and promotes the development of dynamic new customer solutions through effective collaboration, team building, problem solving, innovative thinking, and with a steadfast focus on a positive customer experience. This position will collaborate with internal regulatory, legal, and public affairs teams on local, state and/or federal policy regarding the development of a particular customer solutions. This position will help drive the creation and development of new dynamic solutions to meet the needs of commercial and industrial customers throughout Alliant Energy's service territory in Iowa and Wisconsin.

Requirements

  • 7 years of professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Serves as subject matter expert regarding the development of customer solutions.
  • Provides project and/or program technical leadership from solution(s) concept to completion.
  • Partners with internal stakeholders to conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Responsible for scoping designated projects and/or programs to identify, develop, and integrate existing and/or new customer solutions.
  • Ensures effective relationships, support, and communication channels between project implementation teams and business stakeholder groups to develop and deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
  • Maintains knowledge of and relationships with subject matter experts on specific business areas within the company.
  • Serves as a resource to train and develop team members as needed.
  • Engages in other duties as needed that support Alliant Energy’s Values and helps deliver on our Purpose to serve customers and build stronger communities.
