About The Position

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our rapidly growing team and play a vital role in driving sales by communicating a deep understanding of the technical requirements for enterprise health systems and how Abridge technology can be incorporated seamlessly. This individual will operate at the intersection of our Sales, Implementation, Partner Success, and Product Engineering to ensure security reviews are successful and customers are positioned for success. With a deep understanding of EMRs, and the technical landscape of the enterprise healthcare organizations that use them, you will respond to information security questionnaires and RFPs, highlight Abridge’s platform features in the Sales motion, and serve as a trusted resource for the Commercial segment of our Sales team. You will report to the Director of Solutions Consulting. Our ideal candidate possesses deep technical knowledge, easily builds strong relationships, and prioritizes learning and maintaining trust, taking a consultative approach to our clients and stakeholders. Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as a sales engineer, solutions consultant, or similar role in a Healthcare SaaS and technology sales environment
  • Solid technical background with deep understanding of and/or hands on experience with multiple Electronic Health Record (EHR) / Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, preferably Oracle/Cerner, Athena, Meditech, and others.
  • Ability to creatively explain and compellingly present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, across all levels of an organization
  • An innate ability to figure things out, regardless of how complex the problem may be
  • Excitement to always be learning and growing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to answer questions and solve challenges
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory occasionally to support sales objectives

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical resource for the Commercial segment of the Sales team
  • Respond to RFPs and questionnaires to explain Abridge’s posture and accelerate the sales process
  • Identify and present ideal solution designs for customers by understanding their need and incorporating Abridge’s recommendations
  • Leverage technical expertise to build relationships and establish credibility with customer technical executives and stakeholders
  • Act as a pre-sales capacity expert on integration and as a technical SME in pilot-design
  • Deliver product and technical demonstrations of Abridge’s technology
  • Work cross functionally with Product Management and Engineering teams to improve Abridge’s technology by providing insight into your experience with customers
  • Support the implementation and partner success processes as needed
