About The Position

Work under the supervision of the Custodial Supervisor at the assigned campus. Coordinate the campus custodial operations. Establish and follow routine cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building operations and grounds. Take direction from the campus principal, as needed, to facilitate events and functions. Evaluate assigned custodians on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years custodial experience
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Ability to understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures
• Ability to maintain an accurate inventory of all campus supplies
• Ability to maintain accurate attendance and personnel records
• Must be able to submit accurate timesheets
• Knowledge of minor repair techniques and building and grounds maintenance
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and lift heavy equipment
• Ability to properly handle cleaning supplies
• Ability to manage personnel
• Effective planning and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Training in management/supervision preferred
