About The Position
Flatrock inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Lead Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining clean and orderly environments and is committed to providing a safe and sanitary space for staff and visitors.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Previous custodial/janitorial experience
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of custodial staff
- Manage custodial supplies and equipment
- Ensure Oakley is clean, neat, and free from clutter
- Maintain cleanliness of office spaces by:
- Taking out trash
- Tidying furniture
- Dusting surfaces
- Clean and sanitize toilets and sinks
- Restock disposables
- Sweep
- Mop
- Vacuum
- Clean windows
- Check outside of Oakley for trash and debris daily
- Maintain a positive, open relationship with Management and staff
- Educate and advocate for all Flatrock residents’ rights
- Complete any additional task assigned
