This specific role provides exclusive, high-end cabin service and ensures the safety of passengers on company aircraft. The Corporate Flight Attendant manages cabin safety and service functions, encompassing tasks from catering and gourmet meal plating to cabin cleaning and concierge-level service, often requiring unpredictable, on-call schedules.

Requirements

  • 7 years of relevant work experience in VIP aviation, luxury yachting, or ultra-high-end hospitality
  • Active First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
  • Active Flight Attendant Emergency Training (e.g., FACTS, FlightSafety)
  • Valid Passport with no restrictive visas

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-flight safety inspections of all cabin equipment.
  • Provide bespoke safety briefings and remain prepared to lead evacuations, medical emergencies, or ditching procedures.
  • Source, prepare, and plate in-flight meals. This includes managing complex dietary restrictions, wine pairings, and sourcing local foods in international locations.
  • Curate the cabin environment through linens and personalized amenities.
  • Ensure the aircraft is always ready for passenger service.
  • Manage "stock and store" inventories.
  • Coordinate with Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) for catering deliveries, laundry services, and cabin cleaning.
  • Anticipate passenger needs, from arranging ground transportation to troubleshooting onboard Wi-Fi and entertainment systems.
