Position: Lead Generation & Appointment Setter As a key part of our sales support team, you’ll be the first voice potential customers hear. Your role will be to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our experienced sales representatives. If you're outgoing, detail-oriented, and goal-driven, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation required
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and standard computer applications
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Motivated by results and meeting goals

Responsibilities

  • Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential clients to introduce our services and create opportunities for further conversation.
  • Qualify Leads: Ask the right questions to determine customer interest and fit.
  • Schedule Appointments: Coordinate meetings between leads and our sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff.
  • Manage CRM Records: Keep detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Communicate Value: Share Ridge Energy Savers’ strengths and offerings in a way that sparks interest.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to align on goals and outreach strategies.
