About The Position

The PMG Lead Coordinator’s primary role is to supervise the front desk staff in the practice while adhering to Porter Medical Center’s policies, procedures and regulations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of education and/or experience in a medical office setting.
  • Skills in oral and written communication, negotiation, problem resolution and coordination.
  • Knowledge of computer applications and word processing.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of LSS and Meditech/Epic preferred.
