About The Position

We’re looking for a strong Lead Cook to help drive a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen in our Tasting Rooms. This role is hands-on—cooking, leading by example, and supporting the team to deliver consistent, high-quality food.

Requirements

  • Experience in high-volume kitchens (restaurant, banquet, or catering)
  • Ability to work all stations with minimal supervision
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Prior leadership or training experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen in the Kitchen Manager’s absence
  • Cook and execute all stations as needed
  • Train and support team members on procedures and standards
  • Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes
  • Keep stations stocked, organized, and service-ready
  • Follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
  • Assist with inventory, prep, and daily specials
