As the Lead Cook covering the PM shift, you are at the center of our evening service, ensuring every dish reflects Proper Grit's commitment to quality, creativity, and consistency. You will oversee food preparation, mentor line cooks, and collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to deliver bold flavors, refined presentations, and an elevated supper club experience that delights every guest.
