Tigg's Canteen Services is looking to hire a Permanent Full-Time Lead Cook for Ingham County Jail in Mason MI. We offer a competitive wage and benefit package including: Pay starting at$18.00 an hour for this location.

Requirements

• Ability to work well in a structured correctional environment.
• Ability to read and follow company recipes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts - days and hours (7:30a-6:30p)
• Clearance approval into the facility
