HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Work collaboratively with front‑of‑house staff to ensure a positive guest experience and consistent food quality. Prepare, cook, and execute recipes accurately across all kitchens. Create new, innovative, and imaginative dishes as needed. React quickly and resolve issues in the absence of the Sous Chef. Provide support, foster teamwork, and conduct business professionally at all times. Regularly inspect all food stations to ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with standards. Supervise kitchen employees during shifts when the Sous Chef is not present to ensure smooth operations. Assist in covering vacancies within line‑level culinary positions as needed.
