About The Position

The Part-time Lead Conversion Tech is responsible for facilitating day-to-day conversions to ensure the accurate and timely completion of transitions between events. This on-call role plays a crucial part in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring that all conversion processes are executed smoothly. If you have strong organizational skills and a knack for coordinating complex tasks, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our event success!

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays is required
• Ability to work part-time on call is required

Nice To Haves

• Stagehand experience is preferred
• Experience operating forklift, scissor lift, pallet jacks is preferred
• Comfortability and experience with heights is preferred
• OSHA 10 certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Set and strike staging which may include risers, chairs, bleachers, house drapes, carpeting, portable flooring, boxing rings, etc.
• Store equipment in pre-designated areas; perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setting and striking events
• Operate company vehicle and any mobile equipment related to arena operations
• Perform administrative duties related to event productions
