Lead Consultant
About The Position
As a Lead Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- Must have overall 8 years of experience in Procurement technologies SAP, Ariba, Coupa, GEP etc.
- Must have Coupa certification for Platform, CSO, CLM, CLMA.
Nice To Haves
- Develop technical requirements and architecture design for To-Be business processes
- Participate in the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including the development of solution scope documents
- Delivered 2 large procurement transformation(COUPA) engagements for multinational customers Candidate must have a minimum 8+ years of hands on working experience in Coupa implementation
- Must have worked in Coupa BSM modules such as Procure, Invoice, pay, sourcing, contract, Supplier mgmt., Analytics, Expense management, integration with major ERP’s
- Understanding the requirements by working with Release Train Engineer or Solution architect.
- Develop Integration architecture with Coupa and other touchpoints
- Perform requirement Analysis & define Solution for identified requirements.
- Customize and Configure Coupa application as per business requirements
- Lead deployment of solution in various environments
- Propose Innovative and holistic solutions that solve customer problems
