About The Position

The Argano SAP Lead Business Consultant practice helps organizations analyze and improve their business, guiding our clients though their transformational journey. This position provides clients with business solutions tailored to their company and industry needs, grow client base and drive future business through consistent high-quality work, helps clients meet their goals by providing recommendations based on data and market research, foresee outcomes of proposals using data projections, acquire familiarity with multiple industries in order to serve a diverse client base and foster and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, business, economics, finance or engineering related degree is preferred.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or project management.
  • Strong proficiency in the concepts, processes, techniques and tools to comfortably navigate through end-to-end business processes.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in at least one of these key business areas: Strategy, Finance/Record To Report, Supply Chain, Planning, Product & Service Management.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA/Master's Degree or higher in a relevant field preferred
  • Experience with SAP Signavio.
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent enterprise resource planning (ERP)/customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures projects are managed in a controlled and efficient manner.
  • Develops and manages project scope.
  • Develops ongoing management of the plan.
  • Produces data-based projected outcomes of proposed action plans and create decks to present to clients and fellow consultants.
  • Navigates an unstructured customer situation and organize/structure it according to goals.
  • Displays a keen interest to learn, absorb complex topics, and ability to convey complex topics in simple memorable terms.
  • Develops action plans for clients based on in-depth research from diverse, reputable sources
  • Leverages strong analytical skills and uses of analytical tools (primarily MS Excel, followed by Altryx, python, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
  • Collaborates with the larger project team and demonstrates willingness to step into any role to assure customer success.
  • Follows Argano’s LIFT delivery methodology and past project key learnings during project assignments.
  • Identifies and interviews subject matter experts who can speak to specific client needs.
  • Utilizes SAP BI/BW or similar analytics tools & concepts to develop analysis for clients.
  • Researches and pursues future Argano business development opportunities for business.
