Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Electronics Engineer! Electrical Engineer is primarily responsible to work with global cross-functional teams to deliver/maintain the electrical hardware design for medical device. He / She need to lead the new technology introduction, problem investigation, platform definition, detail design, and verification/validation.

Requirements

  • BS or above in Electrical Engineering, communication engineering or equivalent experience in Medical device, automation, instrumentation, or telecommunication industry.
  • Strong design capabilities in any of the following: Analog, data acquisition system design, high speed digital design and mixed signal design, STM32, FPGA (VHDL/Verilog), DSP and embedded system hardware design

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in electrical design and simulation tools like Cadence, ADS, Quartus, ModelSim, etc
  • Knowledge in product life cycle, reliability and serviceability

Responsibilities

  • Designing the MCU, CPU, or FPGA based embedded hardware for the medical system including peripheral selection, interface design, schematic design, PCB layout, coding design, hardware debugging & testing, and design documentation
  • Engaging in all phases of new hardware introduction, including concept, architecture, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support
  • Lead technical design review for concept solution, detail design and evaluation result with global team
  • Perform firmware DFMEA, reliability, manufacturability and serviceability evaluation and implementations
  • Keep tracking on new technology, methodology and design concept. Identifying and developing new opportunities to leverage Strategic Sourcing objectives and Common Technology initiatives.
