More about the role We’re looking for a Electronics Engineer to join our Research & Development team in Collierville, TN near Memphis. This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Electronics Engineer.

  • You will design, develop, test, and document systems, subsystems, and components for emergency lighting products based on specific requirements.
  • You will create detailed product specifications and manage data entry into production systems.
  • You will supervise project phases from feasibility studies through production, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • You will implement product verification test plans and support manufacturing processes during initial production phases.
  • You will provide technical support to factories, quality teams, and field service personnel, collaborating with senior engineers to resolve technical challenges.
  • You will analyze product performance and prepare concise reports, including comparisons with competitors’ products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
  • 1+ year of experience in product design with a solid understanding of electronic theory
  • Familiarity with Power Electronics, small signal processing, digital circuits, and digital control theory
  • Experience with simulation tools like LTspice, Pspice, or MathCAD, and knowledge of schematic/PCB design software such as Mentor Graphics
  • Exposure to rechargeable batteries, EMC, and microprocessor communication interfaces (UART, I²C)
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot electronic circuit boards using lab instrumentation, with an emphasis on safety
