About The Position

Lead Concrete Technician (Multifamily / Apartment Maintenance) – Houston, TX 💰 $22–$26/hr + Bonuses | Full-Time | Steady Work | Growth Opportunity Tired of Slow Jobs, Bad Crews, and No Direction? We’re building an in-house concrete and asphalt team to handle real volume across a large multifamily portfolio in Houston. If you can: - Run a 2-man crew (you + helper) - Knock out jobs fast and correctly - Handle sidewalks, parking lots, and asphalt repairs This is a steady, full-time role with consistent work—not random one-off jobs. About Us Greenline Apartment Management owns and operates apartment communities across Texas and Oklahoma. We specialize in high-volume Class C multifamily properties, where speed, quality, and cost control matter. We are expanding our in-house construction and repair team to reduce vendor costs and move faster. What You’ll Do (Concrete + Asphalt Work) Concrete Repair & Replacement (Primary Focus) - Sidewalk repair, replacement, and trip hazard removal (ADA compliance) - Demo, form, pour, and finish sidewalks, curbs, dumpster pads, and common areas - Ensure proper grading, slope, and drainage - Match existing finishes for a professional look Asphalt & Parking Lot Repair - Pothole repair, crack sealing, asphalt patching - Assist with parking lot resurfacing and overlays - Base prep, compaction, and durability Crew Leadership (Lead Role) - You will have a dedicated helper - Set pace, direct work, ensure quality - Run jobs from start to finish Production Expectations - Small repairs = same-day completion - Sidewalk panels = 1–2 days - Continuous progress on parking lot work - Minimal rework Bottom Line This role is for someone who works fast, leads a helper, owns jobs from start to finish, and doesn’t need micromanagement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years concrete finishing, repair, or asphalt work
  • Experience with sidewalk and parking lot repair
  • Ability to lead a helper or crew
  • Skilled with tools (saws, jackhammers, mixers, compactors)
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Multifamily or construction experience preferred

Responsibilities
