About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Communications & Engagement team member as part of the CDO Data Business Office team. This team provides overarching strategic direction and operational leadership, ensuring alignment across all CDO groups to achieve enterprise objectives by driving CDO-wide business capabilities and planning frameworks across workforce oversight, communications & engagement, portfolio / program oversight, vendor oversight, and metrics and reporting. This role provides CDO leaders exceptional operational services and capabilities that amplify our impact, drive excellence, and ensure effective communications and engagement across the CDO organization. The Communications & Engagement team member is accountable for driving CDO-level executive communications, material development, and coordination of leadership routines such as all-hands and town halls. In this role, you will: Function as an operational linchpin and strategic facilitator for CDO level communications, facilitation, and engagement across the organization. Draft and organize CDO-level executive briefing materials, leadership updates, and messaging. Coordinate CDO-level cross‑leadership updates, materials and team routines. Drive cross-function partnership by facilitating collaboration across CDO, Technology, Finance, and HR leaders. Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic counselor to executive leadership and their team. Provide executive support for special initiatives, engagement related activities, and ad-hoc operational requests. Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation and cross channel collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
