About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Portfolio Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting and overseeing the review of commercial real estate appraisal assignments on a national basis. This role manages review workflows, coordinates with internal review staff and external valuation firms, monitors timelines and performance metrics, and supports audit and compliance requirements across large, multi‑state portfolios. In this role, you will: Manage and support a team of state‑certified staff appraisers performing review assignments for commercial real estate portfolios across broad and multi-state geographic areas. Serve as a primary liaison with external valuation firms to ensure effective coordination, clear communication, and timely responsiveness throughout the appraisal review process. Monitor commercial real estate portfolio appraisal assignments to ensure valuation deliverables are completed accurately and within established timeframes. Oversee and track REVS review staff workloads and progress to ensure reviews are completed on time and meet quality standards. Assist in monitoring key audit items to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Commercial Valuations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to work remote including reliable internet.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
