Full-Time Lead CNA / HCA - $25/hr
About The Position
The Lead Caregiver at Right at Home acts as a liaison between field caregivers and office staff. Lead Caregiver works an unset schedule, however working hours are between 7AM and 8PM primarily working shifts ranging from 2-to-5hour shifts and stacking. Because of the variable nature of caregiving shifts, an exact work schedule is difficult to pre-determine. Responsibilities include working initial shifts for new clients, filling in for last-minute or temporary shifts, introducing new caregivers to clients. Lead Caregivers are expected to embody the company’s values of compassion, accountability, and high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Active CNA / HCA Caregiver License
- Ability to commute within 45 miles and assist different clients within King & Snohomish counties
- Valid D.L. & personal vehicle with insurance
- Availability to start working as early as 7am and as late as 8pm
- Comfortable working 2-to-5-hour shifts and Stacking shifts
- Understanding that last minute changes and cancellations are part of the role
Responsibilities
- Companionship & Conversation
- Activities, Mobility, Stand-by Assist, Transfers
- Meal Preparation
- Medication Reminders
- Covering Shifts when necessary
- Starting New clients and introducing new caregivers
- Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Light Housekeeping
- Occasional Transportation to & from appointments or errands
- Documentation & Report Client’s conditions/Updates.
- Provide safety supervision
- Cover last minute call outs, start new clients
