As a key member of our Clinical Admissions team, the Lead Clinical Admissions Therapist plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every patient and family member feels supported throughout the admissions process. In this position, you will oversee the facilitation of admissions for at-risk youth, guiding them through their journey toward personalized care. This role is dynamic and multifaceted, acting as the first point of contact for potential patients. Your interactions will directly impact the success of our mission to expand access to high-quality mental health care. You will help to build rapport with families, assess clinical needs, and ensure a seamless, compassionate admissions experience. Additionally, you will support a team of Clinical Admissions Therapists and Associates, providing leadership, supervision, and guidance to enhance team performance and clinical excellence. As the Lead Clinical Admissions Therapist, you will be expected to meet performance metrics related to admission rates, patient satisfaction, and time-to-admission. You'll also ensure the team adheres to strict documentation and compliance standards, driving continuous improvement across the department.
