Cranberry Holistic Pet Care is Hiring a Lead Client Care Specialist! Position Details Role: Lead Client Care Specialist Status: Full-time Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Schedule: TBD Primary on‐site oversight duties & coordination; and client/appointment flow & support of all veterinary activity. Primary duties to include: Work with Hospital Manager (HM), Chief of Staff (CoS) & Associate veterinarians; specifically working with our CoS Holistic Veterinarian and her clients’ communication needs, Act as a mentor in improving staff’s client communication skills, Preliminary screening & interviewing of CSR, Veterinary Assistant & Technician candidates Special item ordering (coordinated w/HM), Assure staff adherence to company & OSHA guidelines (to include annual OSHA training/testing), Direct staff on handling of challenging client sVeterinary ReceptionistLead Client Care Specialistituations, o Assist in client concerns/issues as they arise and turnover to HM as needed, Convey complex test results & veterinary recommendations to clients with various backgrounds & medical understanding, Work with HM, CoS & Associates on staff development & evaluation, New product/service entry & pricing updates. Experienced in: Independent decision‐making within a group setting, Human Resources, Productivity software, Client education & complex client communications, Veterinary industry and/or medical terminology. Candidate reports to the Hospital Manager & Chief of Staff. The Lead Client Care Specialist position is full‐time with requirement of working approximately 40hrs each week. As a medical office, work must be done ethically & responsibly to its completion. Workdays & times afford some measure of flexibility when coordinated with HM and/or CoS.
