About The Position

Cranberry Holistic Pet Care is Hiring a Client Care Specialist! Position Details Role: Client Care Specialist Status: Full-time Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Schedule: TBD A successful candidate must be outstanding at multi-tasking (ie: multi-line phone, greeting clients, etc), accurate & concise communication, well-organized and always willing to help when & where needed. Experiences, abilities & interests include: an exceptionally professional disposition; demonstrated customer service experience; veterinary experience, or work with cats/dogs; computer experience (ie: Word, Excel, other software); ability to work at offices in Ellwood City and/or Cranberry Twp; confident communicator, in writing, on phone, and in person.
